This agreement is between you (the client) and Victoria Crewes (Build With Heart).

This document sets out the Terms and Conditions you need to be aware of when purchasing this program. Please take a moment to read it carefully as it sets out your important rights and obligations. I deeply care about making sure we enter this container with clear expectations and clean communication. If there is anything in this agreement you are concerned about, please contact me at victoria@buildwithheart.com before purchasing.

My services are offered in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

Inclusions

This agreement relates to the program Premium Sales Mastery between you (the client) and Victoria Crewes (Build With Heart). This program includes everything listed in the original Premium Sales Mastery sales page and program outline, but in summary:

• Access to the full Premium Sales Mastery curriculum via the program portal

• 6 months of weekly live group coaching calls

• Access to the Build With Heart Telegram community for program participants

Payment

The fee for Premium Sales Mastery is $2997 USD Full Pay OR  $3,333 USD processed monthly via Stripe x 3 monthly payments. 

By purchasing on a payment plan, you are committing to the full purchase price of the program. All payments remain due in full regardless of whether you complete the program or choose to exit early. If you choose to exit before your payment plan is complete, all remaining payments are due either on the original schedule or upfront in full.

Victoria Crewes reserves the right to remove you from the program and all associated platforms if a payment is not remedied within 5 days of a missed payment notice.

Communication

Program support is available through the following channels:

• Weekly live group coaching calls — bring your questions, your work, and your challenges

• The Build With Heart Telegram group — for questions and community between calls

In order to receive coaching on calls,  add your name to the calls document shared in the group. If you did not have time to fill in the form but you would like to speak, with Victoria, please use the ‘reactions’ function in zoom to raise your hand.  If you do not raise your hand, that is your prerogative, however please note that this is not evidence of a lack of support, which is always available.

Participation & Engagement

This program requires your active participation to deliver results. I ask that you:

• Access and work through the curriculum in the program portal

• Attend live coaching calls consistently

• Bring your questions, work, and challenges to the coaching container

• Complete market research, offer development, and messaging work as directed

Choosing not to engage with the curriculum, not attending calls, or not raising your hand on calls does not constitute grounds for a refund or complaint. Your results are directly proportional to your engagement.

Intellectual Property

Any materials, resources, frameworks, or training I provide to you are protected by copyright. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, adapted, or distributed in any way without my express written consent. Program content is for your own personal and professional development only and is not to be reproduced or used for sale in any way.

Role of Your Coach

My role is to deliver the curriculum and coaching as outlined in this program, to show up every week ready to coach, and to give you honest and direct feedback in service of your business growth.

This is a business coaching program. It is designed to help you build a premium, profitable business, not to provide mental health support or crisis intervention. If personal challenges arise during our time together that fall outside the scope of business coaching, I encourage you to seek appropriate additional support alongside your participation in this program.

Communication Standards

I am committed to respectful, clear, and professional communication and I ask the same of you. I am not available for aggressive, passive-aggressive, or emotionally uncontained communication.

If you have feedback or concerns, please bring them to me in writing at victoria@buildwithheart.com with clarity about what you are experiencing and what you are requesting.

Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify Victoria Crewes and Build With Heart for any injury, loss, damage, or claim of any kind arising out of or related to this agreement or the services provided. In no event shall Victoria Crewes be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind. If this clause is unenforceable for any reason, total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for the program.

Results

I cannot guarantee specific results, income, or business outcomes from participation in this program. Results are dependent on a wide range of factors including your individual commitment, consistency, and willingness to do the work. What I can guarantee is that I will show up fully every week with the coaching, curriculum, and support this program promises.

Refund Policy

All Build With Heart programs and services are 100% non-refundable.

This policy exists because the curriculum is available from the moment you enrol and the coaching container is held every week regardless of your level of participation. Choosing not to engage with the program, feeling the program was not the right fit, or not achieving the results you hoped for does not entitle you to a refund.

You are your own money-back guarantee. What you put in is what you get out.

By agreeing to a payment plan, you further agree never to dispute, chargeback, or reverse any payment made, regardless of payment method.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under or related to this agreement shall be heard in the courts of NSW, in the city of Sydney.
